Booking, cancellation and service terms for Westlane Barcelona Traslados.

A transfer is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from Westlane Barcelona Traslados and completion of payment via the secure bank payment link we provide.
All prices are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. No additional charges apply unless extra stops, waiting time beyond 60 minutos, or route changes are requested after confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 24 horas before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 horas are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup time accordingly. For delays beyond 2 horas, please contact us. Waiting time of up to 60 minutos is included at no extra charge.
Maximum 8 pasajeros por vehículo. Excess maletas beyond normal suitcase allowances must be declared at booking. We reserve the right to refuse transport where safety is compromised.
Child seats are provided at no extra charge when requested at booking. Parents must secure children in seats appropriately.
Westlane Barcelona Traslados maintains appropriate insurance for passenger transport. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
